Payment
I accept payment by Paypal or debit/credit card. I do not accept e-cheques.
Delivery
Postage is applied at checkout based on the weight of your order and your choice of Royal Mail 1st Class or Signed for.
I always send an email to confirm when I have posted your order. I post out twice a week as a minimum, usually Tuesday and Friday (but if you need your order more urgently please let me know in the notes).
Please allow three working days (from time of dispatch) for delivery in the UK, although orders will often arrive sooner than this.
Please be aware of any postal strikes or delays in your locality; I can't be held responsible for late delivery if it's down to a known issue with the postal service. Sometimes things do go wrong with delivery which are out of my control... if you have not received your item within five working days (UK) of me posting it then please get in touch.

If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned to me in saleable condition.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me, within 14 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund. If your order is returned in perfect condition - still in any packaging - then I will provide a refund, less the outbound postage cost. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been made, and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Please contact me first before leaving negative feedback, as I will do all I can to resolve any dissatisfaction.

I will never share your personal details, and I’ll never use your personal details without your express permission. I’ve created a Privacy Policy to explain what information I collect and how I use it, and also what I do to keep it all secure.
Types of data I collect:
Cookies
My website – and the partner websites that I sell through - use cookies to collect information. This includes information about browsing and purchasing behaviour by people who use these websites. It also includes information about pages viewed and products purchased. I do not use cookies to collect or record information on your name, address or other contact details. If you wish to disable cookies you need to change your website browser settings to reject cookies. My website is built using Wix.
Consumer Information
When you purchase a product, or book a place on a workshop with me, your name, address, email and contact number will be stored online, either by Paypal and/or Wix. All of these third parties are fully GDPR compliant, and be assured that your details are safe. I will only ever use your contact details for the purpose you provided them to me for – either to post a product out to you or to contact you relating to a workshop you are going to attend. Your details will be downloaded onto my computer, however all downloads will be deleted periodically. Any paper copies of your details destroyed securely immediately after use (eg attendance lists, order sheets).
If I'm working on a bespoke commission for you then your details may be held on my computer. The details will vary depending on the nature of the commission - for example I may use your name as a file name, or I may have the contact details you have provided to me to include on your wedding invites. If you have commissioned me to draw your home then I may use the first line of the address as a file name. I retain copies of all my work indefinitely as part of my portfolio; they are stored securely on Google photos.
For accounting purposes, your details will be held securely online, within the third party websites I've mentioned, however they will not be used for any other reason, and I would never share your contact details without your express consent.
