Shop Policies

I accept payment by Paypal or debit/credit card. I do not accept e-cheques.

Postage is applied at checkout based on the weight of your order and your choice of Royal Mail 1st Class or Signed for.

I always send an email to confirm when I have posted your order. I post out twice a week as a minimum, usually Tuesday and Friday (but if you need your order more urgently please let me know in the notes).

Please allow three working days (from time of dispatch) for delivery in the UK, although orders will often arrive sooner than this.

Please be aware of any postal strikes or delays in your locality; I can't be held responsible for late delivery if it's down to a known issue with the postal service. Sometimes things do go wrong with delivery which are out of my control... if you have not received your item within five working days (UK) of me posting it then please get in touch.

Sorry international delivery not currently available at the moment!

All feedback is invaluable so do let us know your experience using the contact box!

Questions about your order?

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned to me in saleable condition.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me, within 14 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund. If your order is returned in perfect condition - still in any packaging - then I will provide a refund, less the outbound postage cost. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been made, and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Please contact me first before leaving negative feedback, as I will do all I can to resolve any dissatisfaction.

When you purchase a product, or book a place on a workshop with me, your name, address, email and contact number will be stored online, either by Paypal and/or Wix. All of these third parties are fully GDPR compliant, and be assured that your details are safe. I will only ever use your contact details for the purpose you provided them to me for – either to post a product out to you or to contact you relating to a workshop you are going to attend.
