Hello I am a freelance illustrator and picture book maker from Somerset, England.

​

I have always loved drawing, picture books and travel. After studying Illustration at Loughborough University I moved to Switzerland for a year by beautiful lake Geneva, then to vibrant Bristol and am now based in Cornwall.

​

I try to put lots of movement into my pictures too. I love drawing freehand in ink, creating lovely loose characters and scribbling quick details in my sketchbooks. 

​

In 2020 I had the lovely opportunity to work on pandemic picture book Threads Of Hope by Louise Jackson which was then followed by a four book Thought Bubbles series published by Routledge in December 2021.

​

Most recently I have enjoyed working for Tor mark books on their Choughins children's range.
